I had a great experience leasing my new Nissan Rogue Platinum. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. I was still nine months away from the end of my previous Rogue lease, and Shawn and Shack were able to work out a deal that made sense for me without any pressure. I ended up with exactly the car and mileage allowance I wanted at a payment I was very happy with. The whole experience felt honest, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would happily come back for my next Nissan.

Just leased a new Nissan Murano and the service was amazing! I drove a Kelly Nissan vehicle for many years in the past but after a few years of driving a different name car just went back to a Kelly Nissan vehicle again. Everything went perfectly. Dan my sales person was amazing and left no stone unturned. I am enjoying my Nissan and will always use Kelly Nissan for service! I had such a great experience with Jesus. I couldn’t believe my Rogue wouldn’t start. This is my 5th one and I’ve never had it happen. He talked me off the ledge when I saw the pricing and was very kind.
Another amazing experience! Jeriel was able to schedule my car for brake service the next day and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He also arranged a shuttle to drop me off at work and continued to provide excellent service throughout my visit.
Tony was a fantastic shuttle driver as well. We had a wonderful conversation on the way to work, and he made the ride enjoyable and comfortable. I usually don’t like being a passenger because I tend to get car sick, but I felt completely fine during the ride!

I was greeted by Jeriel, very professional and friendly. I was kept up to date with the a link texted to me. I was able to view the diagnostics and make a decision about repairs all on my phone. Everything was about 2 hours.

I bought my 2020 Nissan Rogue there and go back twice a year for routine scheduled maintenance. Absolutely worth it to pay a little more for quality work. I was there few days ago,made online appointment for Oil change/filter and tire rotation and new wipers for winter and I was checked in and work done in less than an hour.I also appreciate they never try to sell me a newer vehicle and have never tried to upsell me service I don't need at the moment. I have always serviced my cars with Kelly for years now. In the past two years being closer to the Woburn location I started coming here. The service is great. You are kept informed on everything, the waiting area is comfortable with water and coffee while you wait and your car comes back to you nice and clean being vacuumed and exterior washed. Also I showed up early before my actual appointment hoping to get done early and I was out before my actual appointment time. Thank you so much to Phi Phi and the whole team !

We had to have our car serviced for the Ac. It was covered by the warranty. Also after reviewing the car we needed brakes and the new brake fluid. Phi stayed in touch with us and car was fixed and very satisfied with the communication, and price.
