Got oil change tire rotation. Very efficient and personable. Best price around for this. Checked car over to make sure everything was ok. No pressure to sell you things you don’t want. Cleaned car inside and out. Secon time I went there for this service. Never disappoints.

Had trouble with the tires and wheels on one side of car had damaged both wheels and tires so bad they had to be replaced. Our service advisor Jesus did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable while trying to deal with insurance and trying to find new tires and wheels. Needed my car inspected, I didn’t realize it was past due. I called Jeriel Diaz for an appt and he said come right in. I know they were busy and appreciated he took my car and got the inspection done right away for me. I know I can go to a gas station but if there’s a few cars ahead of me, I need to sit in my car and wait. Taking it to Kelly Nissan. I’m able to sit in a nice waiting room and watch TV.

Quick appointment, efficient intake, but was not called at the end of the day, and it took them a while to understand that my electric vehicle problem was probably just a matter of resetting the system codes by pressing a button. They did do a multi point inspection and determined that my brakes needed replacing. I imagine electric vehicles are just still not a a large percentage of their business, unfortunately. Generally nice people, maybe a bit overworked?

Whent in for an oil change and tire rotation, turned out that the car had three open recalls. Even without an appointment, they had the car ready in under two hours with everything completed even the recalls! Anyone looking for Nissan service I would strongly recommend Kelly Nissan and Jesus!
