They took care of the battery issue. But first the service person said I need new battery and it's $300. I said it's under warranty. She had the car record, don't have to say that. Finally she did not know how the warranty works. Had to ask some one else. Finally it worked, but customer don't need to say if it's under warranty or not. They have records. Sorry but this can be fixed.
Jerial was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to repair my broken wheel bearing and make sure everything was done right! I totally recommend him and Nissan Woburn

The staff is always really friendly and they’re always willing to give me a courtesy ride when I drop off my car during work. Recommend them for picking up a used car, trade-in, and their service.

Down too my first precertified auto visit where my vehicle was serviced by Paul Horsman where I felt completely at ease with his professionalism. My vehicle was serviced efficiently and I was on my way and advised when the vehicle needed to return for my next appointment.

Jeriel is great. Always smiling, friendly and organized. When he says your car will be ready in an hour, it’s ready to go in an hour. Also, the Kelly Nissan service waiting room is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The employees clearly care about their customers and facility.

among all Nissan dealers in Massachusetts Kelly Nissan is the best. There is a guy named Jesus, he is a superman. Very helpful. And they value customers, not money. Colonial Nissan is the worst, never buy any vehicle from Colonial. I recommend Kelly Nissan for Nissan vehicle. Colonial only cares for money, if u buy a vehicle and go to them for any trouble, they will ask you to pay 200 USD just to check if there is any problem in your brand new vehicle.

Instead, they carefully explained why the recommended replacements were needed, which made me feel confident and well-informed. I took in my Maxima and QX60 for service on Wednesday (07/15) and Thursday (07/16), respectively. Brianna was my service advisor on Wednesday and Phi was my service advisor on Thursday. They were both exceptional and took care of the needs of both vehicles. Also, thanks to the amazing service technicians who serviced both vehicles.
