I called on a Friday looking to schedule routine maintenance on a new/used 2021 Nissan Rogue I had recently purchased, and Kelly Nissan of Woburn gave me an appointment the next day at 8:30am. My routine maintenance service was done beautifully in an hour and the staff were helpful and kind.

Brought in my wife's Kicks on July 18 to have a nail removed from one of the tires. In addition, we had an LOF (Lube, Oil, Filter) replaced as part of the scheduled maintenance. As always, the work was performed in a timely and professional manner, and we were kept informed by Phi Phi, or service adviser, each step of the way.

The service at Kelly Nissan was thorough but getting in contact with my service adviser while my car was there was difficult. He had no direct line and when I was transferred to his phone, it just kept ringing and I wasn’t able to leave a voicemail.


I typically avoid having my car serviced at dealerships but had a very positive experience at Kelly of Woburn thanks to Jesus and the rest of the service department. They were able to quickly diagnose an issue with my master switch, quoted a very fair price (much lower than I was quoted by another dealership) and were able to service the issue along with my brake pads and rotors that same day. The service team was courteous, efficient and eager to help. Thanks Jesus for doing an outstanding job!

Jesus was great just like every time I bring my car there for maintenance. He is attentive to detail and always does his best to get me in and out as quick as possible.

The customer service I received from Jesus A. was immaculate. I went in for an oil change and was surprised to also need my brakes done. Jesus explained everything with knowledge and professionalism. We waited while the work was being done and honestly time flew by. Jesus checked on us and made sure we were doing good. I usually would for to the Medford location, however, their customer service is subpar. Happy to have given this location a try and will be my go to moving forward!

Dan was very informative and had my best interests in mind when it came to picking a vehicle and financing.

The job was done right but it took 2 and a half hours just to get my tires rebalance.

I've been working with Nicole over the phone for about three months to test drive a hard-to-find car. She has been patient and helpful the whole time. When a car was finally available for a drive, she made sure I was scheduled. I'm not ready to proceed with the exact car they have, but I'm happy to continue working with Nicole going forward.



We talked to Erin on the phone, who was extremely helpful. In-store, we talked with Jomar, who was patient with us (as it was the first time we were buying a car from a dealership), and took all our wants into consideration when helping us find a vehicle. He suggested a car that we test drove and fell in love with right then, so he really knows his stuff! We worked with James for financing, and he was great - fast and funny, a good way to end the evening.
